A very trusting Northern Mockingbird allowed me to take a few photographs even though it meant interrupting his meal of what I believe to be viburnum berries, and if I'm not mistaken, Viburnum wrightii.Some believe that mockingbirds are magical. Below is a bit of Mockingbird lore:
-Mockingbirds are symbols of hope and innocence.
-They will sometimes answer questions.
-If a mockingbird flies over the head of a single woman, she will be married within the year.
